Register today for the High School Pre-Health Symposium at UC Davis happening on Saturday, April 13th, 2024. The Symposium is designed for high school students of any year. Parents may register at an additional cost.

Tickets include the following:

- Breakfast and Lunch
- Symposium Water Bottle
*Interactive workshops are ticketed events that will only be available to high school students. Tickets for Interactive workshops will be on a first-come, first-serve basis at check-in at no additional cost.
Space is limited to 300 high school students and 100 parents. There will be no at-the-door-registration. A waitlist will open once max capacity has been reached. We cannot guarantee that spots will become available. We encourage you to register early!
Tickets are non-refundable after April 5th, 2024.

Per policy of the UC Davis Youth Protection Services, all parents/guardians of minors must complete the following forms after they have registered:
- Waiver of Liability: English | Spanish
- Emergency Info and Contacts for Minors
- Authorization to Consent to Treatment of Minor
- Consent to Record

ALL FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY APRIL 13th, 2024. Students cannot participate if the forms above are not completed.
