Bio
I am proud to be an alumna of both UC Davis undergraduate (class of 1989, with a major in zoology from the College of Agriculture) and UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine (class of 1993). I have been practicing in Contra Costa County for my entire 30-year career and as a private practice owner for the last 24 years.
In addition to practicing veterinary medicine, I enjoy teaching and have had experience in high school, technical, and post-graduate instruction. It is largely because of my teaching experience that I am very excited to be a part of the Advisory Board. I joined the HPA Advisory Board because I want to help provide support tc students as they navigate all aspects of the education they need to pursue their dream.
