As a five-time graduate of UC Davis, my academic and professional journey has been deeply rooted in the Aggie community. I am currently an anesthesiologist at UC Davis Health in Sacramento, where I have the privilege of working at the intersection of clinical care, education, and innovation.
My training includes master’s degrees in public health, epidemiology, and health informatics, and I am double board-certified in anesthesiology and clinical informatics. I am especially passionate about academic medicine and find great fulfillment in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents as they develop their own paths in healthcare.
Beyond the operating room, I enjoy staying connected to the local community, whether that’s exploring trails with my small dog, Rory, or grabbing coffee at Temple. UC Davis has shaped not only my career, but also my sense of purpose, and I value opportunities to give back to the institution that has given me so much. I joined the HPA Advisory Board in order to help other Aggies pursue their goals!
