The Pre-Health Ambassador Network (PHAN) is a student ambassador program within HPA that is run by students for students, so if you're a first-year pre-health student this is for you! See below to learn more about the ambassadors in PHAN. To learn more about PHAN click here to go to our page.

In addition to being Assistant Coordinator for the Pre-Health Ambassador Network, she also helps coordinate the High School Pre-Health Symposium and is part of Health Professions Advising as a Peer Advisor. In the past, she has also been part of First-Year Aggie Connections as a Peer Mentor. In her free time, she enjoys painting, reading, and peaceful walks through the arboretum. What she enjoys about PHAN is the wonderful connections and opportunities it brings to the Pre-Health community here on campus.

Andrew Ngo

  • Ambassador
Andrew is a 4th year majoring in Global Disease Biology. He is planning to pursue medicine, but is in no rush to get there. Aside from being an ambassador for Pre-Health Ambassador's Network, Andrew is the president of R.I.V.E.R. (Recognizing Illnesses Very Early & Responding), a public health advocacy group, and a research assistant in Dr. Falbe's lab, who conducts research on sugary beverage consumption in a variety of populations. Born and raised in Australia, Andrew enjoys being active in the sun whether that be running or hiking. He also loves music and plays the viola in music ensembles. Andrew appreciates the synergistic and friendly environment HPA provides for students in support of pursuing health related professions.
